Patient Specific Anatomical Models

Patient specific 2D CT/MRI/ECHO DICOM data conversion to 3D printed models in multiple materials, opacities & shore hardness. Our strengths lie in converting patient data across various specialities & through individual and a combination of multiple scanning modalities. These also act as great education/simulation tools

Patient Specific Cutting and Drilling Guides

A well designed surgical guide for cutting and drilling, crafted in accordance to the patient’s anatomy, enhances the holistic surgical procedure

Key Advantages
  • Patient Specific
  • Perfect fit
  • Pre-defined position, angle and thickness of cuts and drills
  • Reduced surgery time

Patient Specific Titanium Implants and PMMA Molds

3D Printing empowers us to design customized implants, as per patient’s anatomical needs. These surpass the limitations of pre-fabricated implants in terms of design, form and fit.

Key Advantages
  • Perfect fit implant 3D Printed in Titanium or given as a mold
  • Controllable and modifiable meshes
  • Limitations-free manufacturing
  • Adjustable design
  • Shorter operation time
  • Lesser need for auto-grafts
  • Better surgical outcome for the patient
  • Faster turn-around time than traditional custom-made implants

Defect Specific Education and Simulation Models

It is important that the upcoming medical talent across the world learns under real-time conditions in order to be prepared for different situations and provide care with precision without having to put the patient at risk during their training.

R&D and Marketing for Medical Devices

We work side by side with other Medical Device companies through their research phase for prototype development and marketing phase for realistic product demonstration.

Cranial Helmets

Helmet therapy is used to gently correct the shape of babies’ skulls over time.

Newborn babies’ skulls are soft plates with spaces between them. As the baby grows, these plates grow, gradually harden and knit together. Sometimes when a baby sleeps in the same position, the soft plates may develop a flat spot or uneven appearance. This common condition is called plagiocephaly, and it is not dangerous.

In other cases, the plates of the baby’s skull fuse too soon, or in an abnormal way. This condition, craniosynostosis, can require surgical treatment with or without helmet in order to correct the head shape.

Helmet molding therapy, or cranial orthosis, is a type of treatment in which a baby is fitted with a special helmet to correct the shape of the skull.
